Reading Lounges Preferences – Lounge Messages
1. Introduction
In this section you can define, view and delete messages associated with a lounge.
· Select the lounge for which you want to view Messages.
You can click on the button to create a new message:
Message number: A protected field with a system assigned sequence number.
Type: Select type Web interface. Messages defined here will appear in the section Messages & Alerts when a member accesses the lounge.
Note
Only the type Web interface is supported. The other types are for future use.
Subject <language>: A mandatory field for each language.
Message <language>: A mandatory field for each language.
Display dates: Optionally you can add a period during which the message must be displayed.
Removal date: Optionally you can define a date on which the message must be removed automatically.
Clicking on the 
icon will result in a dropdown calendar being displayed:
You can click on the button to get more information on the message:
You can click on the button to delete a message from the reading lounge. The system will prompt for confirmation:
